Our meat comes from one of the best suppliers in the country, Phillip Warren in Launceston, and we butcher, cure and smoke it all here at the pub. We use everything from nose to tail, too, so you can be sure nothing goes to waste. Fish comes in daily from Newlyn – if they don’t catch it, we won’t serve it.
